Aldesa joins the project "Women and Engineering"

Aldesa, in line with its commitment to equality, has joined the "Women and Engineering" Project promoted within the framework of an agreement signed between the National Association of Unlisted Construction Companies, ANCI, and the Royal Academy of Engineering. The aim of this agreement is to promote the presence and leadership of women in technical careers such as construction and other engineering-related specialties.

Specifically, Aldesa has joined the initiative "Excellence Program for the development of female STEM talent", in which the company's professionals accompany young female engineers who are about to complete their Bachelor's or Master's degree, sharing their experiences and points of view. A mentoring program to promote their transition at the beginning of their professional career.

The company, which has been a member of the Global Compact since 2015, has signed this agreement as part of its commitment to people, which, together with its commitment to innovation and responsible management, are the fundamental pillars on which its growth and competitiveness are based.
